SOSSOCKS is expanding the product offering to custom clothes under the TRU-KITS brand. We have found the ultimate factory in Europe to produce the finest clothing available; the perfect match to our socks.
SOSSOCKS is seeking to add an additional Inside Sales Person who will be responsible for our core range and custom clothing and sock sales to bike, running and other outdoor shops, clubs, teams, and events in certain geographic markets of the US. This person will be responsible for retaining prior and current business, as well as, continually prospecting and landing new business. We are looking for a charismatic, outgoing and motivated individual who is driven to succeed. Sales will be made via phone, email, and meetings in the respective territories, cycling expos and events, bike races and other industry events, including trade shows that SOSSOCKS has a presence. This is an inside sales position with travel required.
SOSSOCKS is located in the heart of the Colorado cycling community between Denver and Boulder with abundant riding opportunities.
Must have
* Fantastic speaking and phone skills
* Professional and prompt communication through email
* Organization in all aspects of the job
* Ability to work both individually as well as closely with a team member
* Confidence to cold call prospective customers
* Motivation to find and land new accounts
* Ability to network and meet new people regularly
* Availability for occasional travel, both during the week and on weekends
* Extensive knowledge with cycling (participatory or industry experience)
* Prior experience in Inside Sales in the cycling industry is a plus
Compensation is salary plus commission, health care assistance, paid holidays and paid time off.
