Once a virtual design is decided upon we require an actual sample of your custom sock
to be made for approval before production. For this we ask for a non-refundable
$50 deposit, which will be applied to the total order when you order within 6
months. Once you receive your sample, please look over the colors, spelling,
and patterning to make sure everything is correct. (If you are outside of the U.S. you will
be charged for the shipping costs). If any changes are made after the initial
sample we do require another one to be made and charge a $20 fee. The sampling
process usually takes about 1-2 weeks.
